THE FIRST DANCE COMPANY ON THE COSTA DEL SOL
Wennare Dance Company came into being in 2017, born out of the passion of its two promotors; Veronika Ulkina and Yuri Gudushauri whose paths are intertwined by destiny.
Ulkina contributed with her experience through her years of collaboration with the Russian Ballet School Association and Gudushauri through his profession as a dancer and
choreographer.
Thanks to the work of these three scenic art lovers, Wennare Dance Company has become the first dance company to reside in the Felipe VI Auditorium.

PRODUCTION
As a dance company, everything revolves around the production and presentation of self-produced spectacles. Wennare Dance Company wants to shine a light on contemporary dancing, away from the unnecessary histrionics of classic ballet, with the highest standards of professionality and with a vocabulary suitable for the wider public. Showing how the body can communicate and transmit emotions through movements.

INCUBATING TALENT
Professional dancers find themselves in a complex labour market upon finishing their training. They need companies in which they can develop their skills and perfect their talent in order to evolve, both personally and professionally. Wennare Dance Company presents itself to them as a great work opportunity, a serious and rigorous company that will allow them to expand their professional experience.

TRAINING
In its animus to promulgate dancing, Wennare Dance Company organizes workshops and magisterial classes, involving first class ballet and contemporary dancing professionals.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Since the beginning of Wennare, the individual concerns of those implied in this project have led to the collaboration with foundations and associations active in organizing solidary shows and workshops for the poor and the mentally or physically disabled.
