THE FORCE OF DESTINY
THE FORCE OF DESTINY
Contemporary dance show in two acts. A story of loneliness, hope and love in which the audience cannot help but feel identified with the contradictions and uncertainties inherent in human beings. The first part is set in a train station, in allegory to the journey of life. The smoke of the old steam trains and their rattling evokes initiatory journeys. In the second part, the show becomes more theatrical and concrete with narrative aspects in which the lighting effects and the props support a powerful staging that reflects the most deeply rooted topics in the history of art: heartbreak, love, hope, loneliness, effort, the pursuit of dreams.
